Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), we recommend ordering with express shipping to ensure timely delivery. Standard shipping times may be extended during these periods.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Golden Goose sneakers.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee address modifications as your order may already be in fulfillment.

How to Track Your Golden Goose Order

The fastest way to track your Golden Goose order is via the shipping confirmation email, which includes your carrier tracking number and a link to real-time updates. You can also find tracking details any time in your account under Orders. Please allow 12–24 hours after the carrier scan for the first movement to appear.

  • From My Account: Sign in, open Order History, and select your purchase to view order status, estimated delivery date, and the live courier timeline.
  • From Email: Open the Shipping Confirmation and tap “Track Shipment” to open the carrier page (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS).
  • Guest Checkout: Use the Order Status page with your order number and billing ZIP or email to retrieve tracking.
  • Multiple Parcels: Some orders ship in more than one box; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
  • International: For cross‑border deliveries, tracking may hand off to a local postal service after customs; the link will auto‑redirect when available.

Status guide: Processing (we’re preparing your items), Packed (label created; awaiting pickup), In Transit (moving with the carrier), Out for Delivery, and Delivered. If you selected a signature on delivery, the carrier page will note the requirement and show a signature scan when available.

If Golden Goose order tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours after pickup, or the link returns an error, refresh the carrier page and try again later. Still not updating? Contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier. For future orders, opt into SMS or email alerts at checkout to receive proactive status updates.
